Peanut butter cream cheese pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 (4 oz.) container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
1 chocolate-flavored crumb pie shell or graham cracker crumb pie shell
2 tbsp. coarsely chopped peanuts
Chocolate-flavored syrup (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

In a large mixer bowl combine cream cheese and peanut butter; beat with an electric mixer until combined. Add powdered sugar and milk; beat until combined. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie shell. Sprinkle with peanuts. Cover and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes. Cut into wedges; top with chocolate-flavored syrup. Georgia peanut butter pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton non-dairy topping
1/2 c. finely chopped peanuts
1 graham cracker pie crust

DIRECTIONS:

Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in peanut butter and sugar. Slowly add milk, beating until well blended. Fold topping into mixture. Ladle into pie crust; sprinkle with peanuts.
Freeze until firm before eating.

Chicken Pot Pie Soup

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast meat
1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups skim milk

DIRECTIONS:

In a medium sauce pan combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of potato soup, cream of chicken soup and milk. Heat through and serve with crumbled crackers on top.
