Very Good Pie Crust
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco (very cold)
1/4 c. very cold water
DIRECTIONS:
Mix flour, sugar and salt. Cut in Crisco until it forms little balls the size of peas. Gradually add water, mixing with a fork until it forms a ball. Try not to handle pie crust much with your hands. Divide in 2 balls and roll one out for bottom crust of 9 or 10 inch pie dish. Fill with your favorite filling and roll out second ball for top crust.
