Banana Split Pie

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4 bananas, thinly sliced
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6-9 oz.) container whipped topping
1 jar maraschino cherries

DIRECTIONS:

Beat eggs, butter, and powdered sugar with mixer for 15 minutes. Beating time is VERY IMPORTANT.
Spread mixture over graham cracker crust. Cover with sliced bananas, nuts, and crushed pineapple in LAYERS. Top with whipped topping. Decorate with maraschino cherries and chopped nuts. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Banana Split Pie

INGREDIENTS:

2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 1/2 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 med. bananas, sliced
1 sm. can (6 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
Whipped cream or dessert topping

DIRECTIONS:

Blend the graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup of butter. Press into the bottom of a 9″x12″ pan. Bake the crust at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the remaining butter with the sugar and eggs. Beat 15 minutes. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour the filling into the crust, then cover with a layer of bananas and the crushed pineapple. Top with whipped cream or dessert topping. Banana Split Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in syrup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 to 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
3 lg. bananas, sliced
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Chopped maraschino cherries
Chopped nuts

DIRECTIONS:

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. In small bowl, beat together cream cheese and syrup from pineapple. Add powdered sugar until smooth. Pour into prepared shell. Top with sliced bananas and chunks of pineapple. Cover with thick layer of whipped topping and sprinkle with cherries and nuts.
