INGREDIENTS:
2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oats
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
24 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
3 c. chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS:
Cream together first 3 ingredients. Add next 2 in separate bowl; mix the next 5 ingredients, then mix together with first mixture. Add last 3 ingredients. Mold into gold ball shaped balls. Bake 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet for 7 minutes. Makes 112 cookies. (If you’re like us, make the cookies twice the size and that way you will eat fewer!)
