French Silk Chocolate Pie

INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

Cream:

Add gradually:

Cream thoroughly.

Blend in: 1 tsp. vanilla

Add:

Beat 5 minutes after each (electric mixer at medium speed).

Turn into cooled, baked pie shell; chill 1 or 2 hours or overnight if desired.

Before serving, top with whipped cream and nuts or shaved chocolate.
