Chocolate Nut Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten slightly
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. Kentucky bourbon

DIRECTIONS:

Mix well. Pour into pie shell. (I use Pillsbury Already Pie Crust.) Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 8. A Kentucky tradition!
