INGREDIENTS:
2 c. skim milk
1 pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding to cook
16 oz. can pumpkin
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. each cinnamon, ginger, salt
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar substitute (Equal - 14 packs)
8 inch pie crust, already baked
DIRECTIONS:
Cook pudding with milk. Cool slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into crust. Refrigerate.
