INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 c. diced peaches
3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
Cinnamon & nutmeg (about 1/8 tsp. each)
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
DIRECTIONS:
Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs, peaches, flour and spices. Blend well. Spoon into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with meringue and brown.
