INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. peach Jello
2/3 c. boiling water
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 c. diced peaches, drained, canned or fresh
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 baked pie shell, 9″ reg. crust or graham cracker
DIRECTIONS:
Add ingredients in order. Mix together. Reserve 2 tablespoons Cool Whip for garnish. Garnish with peach slices and Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
