INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. butter
1-2 tbsp. COLD water
DIRECTIONS:
Combine flour and salt and cut in butter until mixture looks like corn meal. Add water gradually, until dough is moistened and just holds together. Roll between sheets of waxed paper or lightly floured pastry cloth. Makes 1 (8 or 9 inch) crust. Double for 2 pies.
