INGREDIENTS:
6-8 apples, peeled and cored
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 (9-inch) pie crusts
DIRECTIONS:
Combine dry ingredients. Slice apples and mix together. Pour into pie crust. Dot with butter. Place top crust. Cut 4 slits on top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
