INGREDIENTS:
1/4 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten well
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
9 inch unbaked pie shell
DIRECTIONS:
Cream butter and sugar. Gradually add next 3 ingredients. Sprinkle pecan halves in pie shell. Pour filling over all. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until pie is set.
