INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
2/3 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. white syrup
2/3 c. oatmeal
1/2 to 3/4 c. pecan pieces (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell (Pet Ritz)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Tastes like pecan pie!
