INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. coconut
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients well, adding coconut last. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Pie will be lightly browned.
