INGREDIENTS:
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 c. white corn syrup (Karo)
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 heaping c. pecan halves
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter (melted)
DIRECTIONS:
Spread pecan halves evenly over bottom of unbaked pie shell. Mix all remaining ingredients together using electric mixer until well blended. Pour mixture over pecan halves in pie shell. Allow pecan halves to rise to top of mixture and bake 45 minutes or until set in oven preheated to 350 degrees F.
