Mint Chocolate Chip Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 ready crust chocolate flavored or graham cracker pie crust
1 qt. mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Fresh mint to garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Spread softened ice cream into the crust. Freeze 2 hours. In saucepan, combine sugar, butter, chocolate and milk. Heat, stirring occasionally until thickened. Let cool; spoon over cut serving of pie. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
