INGREDIENTS:
1 stick butter
1 square Baker’s unsweetened baking chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 regular frozen pie shell
DIRECTIONS:
Melt chocolate and butter together and cool. Cream eggs, sugar and vanilla together. Add chocolate and butter. Beat 1 minute at highest speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. You can garnish with Cool Whip, if desired.
NOTE: It’s easy to make 2 pies and freeze 1.
