INGREDIENTS:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. water
DIRECTIONS:
Take out 1/3 cup flour and add 1/4 cup water to it, making a paste. Set aside. To the remaining flour and salt, cut in butter (butter is the secret for it’s good taste). Cut in the paste until it congeals (I use food processor). Separate into 2 chunks and roll out for 2 pie crusts.
