INGREDIENTS:
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking powder
DIRECTIONS:
Mix flour, shortening and baking powder until crumbly. Add water and salt.
Mix lightly until forming a ball. Roll out, using a little flour.
Remember: You can make as many crusts as you want. Use 1/2 as much shortening as flour and 1/2 as much water as shortening. You will always have a perfect pie crust.
