Makes Its Own Crust Coconut Pie

INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. coconut

DIRECTIONS:

Combine ingredients in order given. Mix well. Pour into a greased deep 10″ pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown. The middle will appear rather soft. Properly done it will have a delicate crust over the top, sides and bottom. Cool before cutting and enjoy a perfect cream pie.
