Flaky Pie Crusts

INGREDIENTS:

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. solid shortening
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. light cream or milk

DIRECTIONS:

1. Blend flour, salt and shortening with pastry blender. 2. Add liquids and mix. 3. Chill pastry ball for 15 minutes. Roll out on well floured board or pastry cloth. Yield: 2 (10 inch.) pie crusts.
