INGREDIENTS:
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Crisco shortening
5 tbsp. cold water
1/2 tsp. baking powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine flour and salt, cut in Crisco until all is blended into pea size chunks. Sprinkle with water, toss lightly with fork until dough will form a ball. Roll and put into pan. Makes 1 double crust for 9-inch pie.
