INGREDIENTS:
1 (10 oz.) jar peanut butter
2 (10 inch) pie shells, baked & cooled
2 pts. whipping cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Coat bottom of cooled pie shells with a thin layer of peanut butter. Blend the rest of peanut butter, whipping cream and vanilla pudding. Mix in large bowl. Whip at high speed with electric mixer until fluffy. Spoon into pie shells. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Can be frozen. Makes 2 pies.
