INGREDIENTS:
1/4 c. butter
2 c. coconut
DIRECTIONS:
Mix butter and coconut. Press evenly into 9 inch pie pan. Bake in slow oven 300 degrees until light brown, 30 to 35 minutes. Fill cooled crust with ice cream, cream or chiffon filling.
