Sweet Potato Pie

INGREDIENTS:

4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon flavor
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
2 unbaked pie shells

DIRECTIONS:

Bake at 350 degrees until pie shell browns.
