1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. milk
2 c. mashed sweet potato
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 deep pie shell
DIRECTIONS:
Combine dry ingredients and mix with sweet potato. Mix milk and eggs and combine with sweet potato mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350 degrees for 35 minutes longer.
