Sugarless Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS:

5-6 c. apples, sliced
6 oz. apple juice concentrate, sugarless
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pie crust for double crust

DIRECTIONS:

Place apples and concentrate in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Place cornstarch in water to dissolve. Add to the apple mixture and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer again 15 minutes. Add cinnamon and pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. This is very good without any sugar. Use a good tart apple.
