Sugar Free Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS:

Pie crust for 9″ pan
4-5 Granny Smith apples
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

Cut peeled and cored apples into pie crust. In a saucepan, slowly bring apple juice concentrate to a boil.
Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water and add to apple juice. Boil one minute until thick. Season apples with cinnamon and pour thickened juice over apples in crust. Dot with butter. Place crust over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
