INGREDIENTS:
Pillsbury all ready pie crust filling
6 c. thinly sliced peeled apples
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pie crust for double pie crust, using nine inch pan. In a large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; toss lightly.
Spoon apple mixture into pie crust lined pan. Top with second crust and flute. Cut slits in top of crust. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
