INGREDIENTS:
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 c. cold milk
2 pkg. sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 baked pie shell
DIRECTIONS:
Combine milk, pie filling, pumpkin spice in a deep bowl. Beat at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Fold whipped cream into pumpkin mixture. Pour into pie shell. Chill.
