Pecan Pumpkin Pie

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2/3 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 c. pecan halves

DIRECTIONS:

Stir together 1 egg, pumpkin, 1/3 cup sugar and pie spice. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Combine 2 beaten eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spoon over pumpkin mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes until filling is set.
