Chicken Pot Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
butter
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 chicken or 1 sm. whole chicken, cut up
1 can flaky biscuits
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Saute onion, bell pepper and celery. do not brown. Add the can of drained mixed vegetables, the can of mushroom soup and the cut up chicken with salt, pepper and a little garlic. Put into a greased baking dish. Open the flaky biscuits in halves and arrange on top of the vegetables. Bake in a 350 degrees to 400 degrees oven until biscuits are golden brown and chicken is tender.
