Chicken Pot Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

Put cut up chicken in chicken broth. Add remaining ingredients and cook until mix is thick. Pour chicken mix into dish and top with pastry. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
