INGREDIENTS:
3 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 beaten eggs
Crust for 2 crust pie
DIRECTIONS:
Pour eggs over chopped rhubarb, then dry ingredients (mixed together). bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
