Strawberry Parfait Pie

INGREDIENTS:

9 inch pie crust
16 oz. frozen strawberries
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water or strawberry juice

DIRECTIONS:

Add hot water to Jello. Then add cold water or strawberry juice. Spoon in ice cream or mix until melted. Let mixture settle in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Drain strawberries and add to mixture. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate 3-4 hours.
