INGREDIENTS:
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
DIRECTIONS:
Boil and cook until clear.
Cool a little. Pour over sliced fresh peaches in baked pie shell. Chill. Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
Note: For strawberry pie use strawberry Jello and red food coloring.
