Azars Strawberry Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 baked single pie crust
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. white Karo
1 qt. fresh strawberries

DIRECTIONS:

Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and Karo together in a saucepan, over medium heat. while mixture is hot, add 2 tablespoons strawberry Jello and red cake color. Mix 1 quart of strawberry and put in baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
