INGREDIENTS:
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 pie shell
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. Cool Whip
DIRECTIONS:
Mix 1 cup sugar and cornstarch, add water. Cook over medium heat until mixture is thick and clear. Mix the strawberry slices, Jello (less 1 tablespoon) and 1/4 cup sugar. Layer filling with strawberry mixture into baked pie shell.
