INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1/4 lb. butter
2 jiggers creme de menthe
2 sq. melted semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 c. sugar
1 chocolate cookie pie crust (ready made)
DIRECTIONS:
Beat eggs at high speed until fluffy. Add butter, softened, chocolate and sugar. Gradually add creme de menthe. Pour into pie shell and chill until set.
