French Lemon Pie

INGREDIENTS:

3 lg. eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. butter

DIRECTIONS:

Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients and blend well. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
