INGREDIENTS:
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS:
Mix above ingredients together.
Put a layer of sliced peaches in the bottom of a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Then sprinkle 1/2 of the crumb mix over them. With the rest of the crumb mixture, sprinkle over another layer of peaches, filling the crust. Then spoon 1/2 cup of juice over the top and bake. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees. For added treat, cover with ice cream or whipped topping.
