INGREDIENTS:-
1 baked pie shell
4 c. fresh peaches, sliced (set aside)
1 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. peach gelatin
DIRECTIONS:
In saucepan combine 1 cup water, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Cook until clear and thickened. Add 3 tablespoons peach gelatin.
Mix in cinnamon until well blended. Remove from heat. Fold in peaches into mixture. Pour into pie shell. Chill at least several hours. Serve with Cool Whip.
