INGERDIENTS:-
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. white corn syrup
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. peach Jello powder
Baked pie shell
Fresh peaches
Whipping cream
DIRECTIONS:-
Combine water, sugar, corn syrup and cornstarch in a heavy sauce pan. Cook over low heat until mixture turns thick and clear, stirring constantly. While still hot, add peach Jello powder. Set aside and let cool. Line baked pie shell with fresh sliced peaches. Top with whipped cream. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
