Tom’s Coconut Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 deep dish baked pie shell
1/4 c. toasted coconut
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. coconut
1 container Cool Whip

DIRECTIONS:

Fix pudding as directed on package. Add 1/2 cup coconut; put in pie shell. Put Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
