INGREDIENTS:
1 deep dish pie crust
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. sausage or hamburger meat
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 eggs, well beaten
3 oz. cheese on bottom of pie crust
DIRECTIONS:
Then add meat no top of cheese. Add egg mixture over this. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 or 375 degrees until done.
