Hamburger Mushroom Pie

INGREDIENTS:

2 deep dish pie crusts
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 box Rice A Roni beef flavor
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. jar mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
Bacon strips

DIRECTIONS:

Brown Rice A Roni in 3 tablespoons of butter, then add hamburger and brown together. Add beef flavor packet and water, simmer about 20 minutes. Set aside to cool 5 minutes. Beat eggs, add to still warm mixture and quickly mix or eggs will scramble. Add drained mushrooms. Mix and pour in 2 pie shells. Top with bacon strips and cook about 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
