INGREDIENTS:
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
4 tbsp. butter
Juice from 1 lg. or 2 sm. lemons
Grated peels from the lemons
Prebaked pie crust
DIRECTIONS:
Bake pie crust at 425 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
Beat eggs, sugar, lemon juice and rind together. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
