Lemon Chess Pie

INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

DIRECTIONS:

Beat eggs until golden; add sugar gradually, beating well. Add lemon juice, butter, cornmeal, flour and salt. Mix thoroughly. Pour in pie shell. bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown. Do not overbake.
