Pecan Pie

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs slightly beaten
1 c. light or dark Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
2 or 3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans (chopped or halves)
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

DIRECTIONS:

In large bowl stir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Add pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans halves
1 unbaked pie shell

DIRECTIONS:

Mix eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

1 c. pecan meats
1 unbaked 9″ pie shell

DIRECTIONS:

Beat all ingredients except pecans together. Fold in pecan meats and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is set.
