Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 pastry for (8″) pie
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk

DIRECTIONS:

Cream eggs and sugar. Add sweet potato, vanilla flavoring and melted butter. Last, add milk. Mix well. Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

This recipe for Sweet Potato Pie serves/makes 2 pies.
